Activate your enrollment

An enrollment links your account to a specific Spartan-Labs access product. It is created after a purchase is confirmed and allows the platform to recognize the course, lab or exam attempt assigned to you.

After purchase

1. Open Orders and confirm that payment appears as completed.
2. Use the action available for that order, such as Go to course, Go to Lab or Go to Exam.
3. Review the introduction and conditions of the purchased product.
4. Wait for any resource preparation shown by the platform.
5. Confirm that you can open its Tasks or associated experience.

The exact action depends on the course and access type. Not every enrollment includes SpartanOps, and purchasing a course does not automatically start its exam.

If Preview Mode appears

Preview Mode lets you review the Tasks but keeps the controls for starting them and submitting flags disabled. This state means the platform does not yet recognize an active lab enrollment.

1. Confirm under Orders that the payment appears as completed.
2. Return to the course and review the plan status and expiration date.
3. Refresh the page once.
4. If the status does not change, contact support and include your student ID and order ID, when available.

Note

Your student ID is generated after the first enrollment and appears under Profile. You do not need to create it manually.

Danger

If your access includes an exam attempt, review the rules for that certification first. The Start exam button may begin a timer that cannot be paused.
