Terms and conditions

This page summarizes operational terms for Spartan-Labs. The current contractual version is available in the Official Terms.

Main conditions

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting credentials, sessions and activity performed from your account.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal.
• Labs and exams are personal, limited, non-transferable licenses subject to their validity period.
• You may attack only targets expressly assigned by the platform.
• Sharing, reselling or transferring access, flags, solutions or exam content is prohibited.
• Availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure capacity or security measures.

Payments and refunds

Amounts, currency and taxes are shown at checkout. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the lab has not been provisioned and the exam has not been started. Once that digital access is delivered or consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

The official terms specify Colombian law and jurisdiction in Bogotá, Colombia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
