Renew or cancel subscription

Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until you cancel them. Manage renewal through the Stripe portal.

Cancel renewal

1. Open Orders.
2. On the active subscription, select Manage subscription.
3. Cancel renewal in the billing portal.
4. Confirm that the portal shows the cancellation or end-of-period date.

Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not immediately remove the period already paid for. At the end of access, SpartanOps is stopped and resources enter their shutdown lifecycle.

Renew

If Stripe confirms the recurring payment, access is extended for the new period. When the platform offers Renew Subscription, use it to restart the flow from the order.

Danger

Save any files you need outside SpartanOps before expiration. The environment may be destroyed when the enrollment ends.
