Retry policy

An exam access grants one attempt. After using it or allowing it to expire, you need a new eligible option to take the exam again, such as a voucher when available.

Before purchasing, review Orders to avoid duplicates and confirm the certification’s current conditions.

Availability of a new attempt

The ability to take an exam again depends on the certification, your previous results and having a new valid attempt. The platform displays the corresponding action when you meet the conditions.

Note

Restoring a target during an exam does not create a new attempt. These are different actions.

If you have already passed a certification, the platform may prevent additional attempts at the same assessment. See Results.
