Purchase history

Open Orders to review purchases, payments being processed and associated access.

Each order shows only the actions relevant to its product and current situation. You may find options such as Complete payment, Manage subscription, Go to Lab, Go to Exam, View Results or Renew Subscription.

Caution

Payment may take a few moments to appear after returning from the processor. Refresh the page once before creating another order.

Receipts and payment methods are available in the portal opened by Manage subscription. If a confirmed purchase does not create access, follow Successful payment but no access.
