Useful support information
Section titled “Useful support information”Include:
- account email;
- order ID for payment cases;
- course and tier;
- affected resource name;
- exact state and message;
- date, time and time zone;
- cropped screenshot without sensitive information.
Discord is a community space and does not replace the private channel for billing, privacy or incidents containing account data.
