Privacy policy

The Official Privacy Policy describes personal data processing across the Spartan Cybersecurity ecosystem. This is an operational summary for Spartan-Labs users.

Data processed

identity and profile: name, email, country, nickname, tax identification and student ID;
purchases and billing: orders, products, amounts, payment state and processor references;
learning: enrollments, progress, recorded flags and exam results;
technical data: IP, browser, device, logs, security events and infrastructure usage;
communications sent to support.

Spartan-Labs does not need to display or store your full card number; Stripe processes payment information.

Purposes

Data is used to authenticate users, deliver courses and exams, process payments, measure progress, issue credentials, protect the platform, prevent abuse and provide support. Spartan Cybersecurity states that it does not sell personal data.

Providers

Operations may rely on infrastructure, security and payment providers including AWS, Cloudflare and Stripe, subject to their roles and applicable agreements.

Your rights

To request access, correction, update, deletion or another action provided by applicable law, email [email protected] from an address that allows identity verification.
