Manage your profile
Open Profile from the dashboard to keep your personal details and public identity up to date.
Profile data
Section titled “Profile data”You can edit your first and last name, country, and tax identification when applicable.
Your email belongs to your sign-in identity and is read-only.
Student ID
Section titled “Student ID”Your student ID is assigned after your first enrollment and appears under Profile. Support uses this identifier to locate your account when you contact the team through email, Discord or another available channel.
Include your student ID when requesting help. Do not confuse it with an order, enrollment or exam-attempt ID.
