Acceptable use policy

Spartan-Labs provides deliberately vulnerable infrastructure for authorized learning. Access does not extend your permission beyond targets shown by the platform.

  • Enumerate, exploit and document Tasks and exam targets assigned to your account.
  • Use included SpartanOps tools within lab networks.
  • Store your own notes and evidence without disclosing restricted content.
  • Automate reasonable work inside the target when it does not degrade service or bypass limits.
  • Scan or attack the Internet, unassigned Spartan Cybersecurity infrastructure, other users or third parties.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, network isolation, usage protections, payment controls or exam controls.
  • Run denial of service, cryptomining, malware outside the lab or abusive resource consumption.
  • Use bots or scraping to collect flags, solutions, questions, personal data or protected content.
  • Share credentials, sessions, machine access, flags, writeups or exam reports.
  • Resell or transfer accounts, enrollments, vouchers or issued credentials.

If you are unsure whether an action is authorized, stop and ask support before running it.
