The authenticated catalog lists published courses and is the source of truth for availability. This help center adds documentation for each learning path as it becomes available.

For courses that include SpartanOps, you access the environment from the browser and do not need to configure a VPN on your computer. Other learning paths may use different resources.

In CPPJ, do Basic, Standard and Pro include the same course?

Yes. All three enable the same hands-on CPPJ path for 30 days. Access conditions and exam inclusion differ. See the CPPJ overview.

Yes, it includes one CPPJ attempt. Basic and Standard do not; you can purchase a standalone voucher.

You have 90 days from purchase to start. Once started, the exam lasts 24 hours.

No. The clock continues if you close the tab, lose connection or reset a target.

Reach 200/200 points, confirm a PDF report within 12 hours after finishing, and receive a passing review.

Is there a cooldown after an unsuccessful attempt?

There is no time-based post-attempt wait. You need a new exam enrollment and must not have already passed the certification.

No. Stop preserves the disk. Reset removes your changes and restores the clean image.

Not manually. The platform manages Task restoration and displays a countdown when you must wait before starting it again.

Is progress preserved after subscription expiration?

Recorded flags, points and percentages remain available. You need current access to start machines and continue solving.

Where do I manage payments and cancellation?

Open Orders. Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal for payment methods, receipts and cancellation.
